Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 now available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC!

Do you still own consoles from the previous generation because you can’t get enough Marvel? Well, you may finally have an excuse to sell your old system and upgrade…

As promised in a post shared via the Capcom Unity blog back in January, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 can now be purchased and played digitally via your Xbox One and PC for only $24.99. But if you prefer to buy physical copies of the games you play, you’re definitely in luck, because Capcom has also released limited edition copies of UMvC3 for both the XB1 and Playstation 4. An exclusive comic accompanies this upgraded package!

The limited edition will feature everything that came with the original launch copy for UMvC3, plus the comic and updated cover art. This comic captures the story of two universes colliding with one another while characters from both of these worlds confront one another in an effort to uncover the truth behind the crisis they face. Fans who make it a point to collect Marvel’s merchandise will want to be on the look out for this new comic!

The limited edition will cost five bucks more than the primary version, for a price of $29.99.

For those who play competitively, this re-release does not come with adjustments to gameplay or characters, although apparently it features some bug fixes (we do not have details on that at this time).

Even if you aren’t looking to sell your Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 just yet, you should still consider checking out the limited edition if only to satisfy your craving for all things about Marvel!

Don’t forget that Marvel vs Capcom Infinite is set to be released for all current platforms at the end of the year! Its existence was revealed via a trailer seen at the Capcom Cup 2016 finals in Anaheim, CA. See it below and get hype!
