Team @FableGG signs @Dual_Kevin and @DestroyerFGC
Yesterday, Fable eSports rounded out their FGC crew for the year by signing MKX pro DestroyerFGC (formerly from Circa eSports) and Marvel vs Capcom pro Dual Kevin! These two additions come just as Combo Breaker, one of the FGC’s most cherished events for the summer season, looms around the corner.

Those who followed the Kombat Cup for two seasons straight will be familiar with Destroyer’s reputation as a specialist for Hish-Qu-Ten Predator in Mortal Kombat X. The character was among the first wave of DLC for the game, so Destroyer hadn’t taken a competitive interest in the game until he was released. The second he became available, Destroyer clicked with the character straightaway and underwent hours upon hours of training on and off stream. Near the end of 2016, the fruits of his labor shone through at Defend The North 2016, where he took the crown.
Since that victory, he crossed path with Circa eSports and got the opportunity to travel across the country, making multiple Top 8 placings as he went. He carved a canyon of destruction through ECT 2016 (2nd place), Summer Jam X (9th place), SoCal Regionals 2016 (5th place), ECT 2017 (4th place) and Kumite in Tennessee 2017 (13th place). His consistency also guided him into the Season 1 finale for the Kombat Cup, where he finished at fourth place.
Now that Injustice 2 has been released into the wild, Destroyer is more than ready to continue refining his potential as a competitor in games created by NetherRealm Studios. Recent posts on his Twitter post indicate that he has taken an interest in Darkseid, who is currently available only to those who pre-order the game. Obviously time will tell if he sticks to the character or is attracted to another.
Idk about darkseid…..got to dive deeper!

Fable’s other addition, Dual Kevin, comes from Indiana as an EVO 2016 finalist for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. With MvC: Infinite scheduled to be released in September, Kevin plans to propel his competitive Marvel career into the skies whilst bearing Fable’s emblem. The Marvel community unanimously agrees with the decision to add Dual Kevin to Fable’s ranks.

As previously mentioned, Dual Kevin qualified for the Top 8 finals of UMvC3 at EVO 2016. This earned him the chance to play atop the grandest stage for fighting games at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Additionally, he is currently competing for league points in the Curleh Circuit, which designates a series of events as qualifiers for the Curleh Mustache Finale. Included among these events are Toryuken and Combo Breaker, which are happening in the near future!
Speaking of the Curleh Circuit, over two-thousand unique players have signed up for all its events which are numbered at eighty-seven. It’s been six years since the game launched and even though developer support has long since tapered off, the hype around Marvel continues to thrive!
