Splyce Heads to BlizzCon with Toxic Youth Lineup
eSports organization Splyce has announced the most recent addition to their organization, a World of Warcraft lineup that will compete at BlizzCon in November.
Formerly known as Toxic Youth, the roster is known for taking first place at BlizzCon 2015 when they were a part of SK Gaming. While each player on the team has been showcased on the BlizzCon stage, with Rene “Swapxy” Pinkera and Simon “Boetar” Heinks having competed at the event on four separate occasions, Fabio “Fabss” Nardelli is the only member of the roster that has taken first place on two separate occasions in 2010 and 2015. As a team, they also placed second at the World of Warcraft Arena European Regional Championship, losing only to Northern Gaming Blue.
This makes for Splyce’s eighth supported title. The organization also fields players for Call of Duty, League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Super Smash Bros, Hearthstone, Overwatch, and Gears of War.
