Last weekend, the Capcom Pro Tour continued its online league with Europe’s first ranking event! A staggering count of 221 players entered to grab their share of league points that would push them towards a qualifying spot for this year’s Capcom Cup, which takes place once a year at Anaheim, California.

We are happy to congratulate RB Luffy for winning Europe’s first ranking event! This outcome adds to his win streak as he’d recently taken first place at Hypespotting 6’s ranking event back in April. He is also recognized as the Evolution 2014 Champion for Ultra Street Fighter IV, having won the whole thing with Rose while using a Playstation 1 pad. He is now an R. Mika specialist in Street Fighter V.

All players who broke Top 16 have been awarded league points which will improve their standings in the CPT Regional Leaderboards seen here. See below for a screenshot of the complete results from the European online event.

For those eager for more competitive SFV, Capcom Pro Tour’s online circuit resumes tomorrow in both North America and Europe! Given the regions that will be competing, these brackets have been dubbed the East Coast Edition!
