The reveals made this morning were only accessible to those who owned the Winter 2017 Battle Pass, but they were almost immediately posted to social media by several users, including Dota 2 personality Tobi “Tobiwan” Dawson and mysterious insider Wykrhm Reddy.

Of course, The International 2016 champions Wings Gaming received an invite to the major, as well as tournament favorites OG and Evil Geniuses, Ad Finem, TI6 runner-ups Digital Chaos, Dota 2 powerhouses Newbee, Team Liquid, and VG.J. It’s an intense lineup, which means fans have an exciting, if emotionally exhausting, weekend to look forward to as they watch some of the strongest teams in Dota 2 compete for the lion’s share of $3 million USD.

That’s not all, though, because there will be more competition introduced to the lineup as the regional qualifiers play out. Over thirty teams have received invites to their respective regional qualifiers, which you can find below. Eight teams will join those with direct invites at the main event, with four of those slots to be handed out to the top two teams from the China and SEA qualifiers.
