Kombat Cup and Konquest Review

It has been four weeks since the beginning of the Kombat Cup. We are incredibly thrilled by how the MK community has embraced the league, and as we go into Week 4’s Top 8, we can’t help but get even more excited over what is to come!

Before this Wednesday rolls around, let’s take a moment to look back over our shoulders. It’s likely that some of you have yet to catch up on all of the great matches that went down in both the Kombat Cup and Konquest (the latter being a secondary bracket that allows for an opportunity to earn more points every Thursday), but not to worry! We have the solution for you. 🙂

All MKX matches that happen on our broadcast at Stream.Me/KombatCup will be imported to our YouTube channel. Please check it out – and subscribe if you haven’t, so that you don’t miss out! You’ll also be able to catch up on events hosted for other titles such as Overwatch, if that tickles your fancy.

Just to tease you a bit, here’s a look at the Grand Finals of last week’s Konquest bracket where GTG Semiij takes on Circa Destroyer!

While we are on the subject of Konquest, we’d like to remind you that this bracket is open to all North American players who do not make Top 4 in a Kombat Cup bracket. Konquest brackets occur every Thursday at 8 P.M. EST with sign-ups closing two hours beforehand. To sign up for the next bracket, go to this page.

We’d like to give some shout-outs to Semiij for winning the first two Konquest brackets and to Circa Destroyer for dethroning the champion to win Week 3! The competition is always full of surprises and we hope you’ll join in on the fun!

Want to put your Mortal Kombat skills to the ultimate test?! Sign up for the Kombat Cup when our page for Week 5 becomes available! For your convenience, all sign-up pages for our brackets can be found here.

All broadcasts will be hosted at https://www.stream.me/kombatcup . If you’re eager to watch Week 4’s Top 8 for the Kombat Cup, tune in to our channel at 8 P.M. EST this Wednesday! The official bracket is listed below.

On behalf of Stream.Me, we graciously thank all of you guys for participating in our competitions! Should you have any feedback on how we can go about improving our system, never hesitate to reach out to us at our Twitter account – https://twitter.com/StreamMe .

See you this Wednesday!
