Injustice 2 Trailer showcases Poison Ivy + Character Reveal on April 28th

We’ve known for a long time now that Poison Ivy would be coming to the roster, but it wasn’t until recently that NRS finally shone a spotlight onto her gameplay via a trailer called Here Come The Girls, which showcased Catwoman, Cheetah, Poison Ivy and Black Canary.

This time, Poison Ivy is dancing a solo in NRS’s latest trailer that’s been shared via their Twitter account. Check it out!

From watching the trailer, we get a glimpse at a vast selection of her combo strings, all of which look primarily equipped for up-close combat. She also summons a plant-like creature that walks alongside her while she dishes out her offense. That seems to be her character power, or her “trait,” or it could be a standard special move.

She does have a projectile, but it doesn’t appear to be all that fast. Though as per how projectiles typically work in NRS games, they can be ducked unless meter-burned (with some exceptions).

But perhaps what is most fascinating about Poison Ivy is her Super Move…NRS continues to outdo themselves with these bone-chilling animations.

Keep a close eye on NRS’s Twitter because we may be seeing another Watchtower broadcast dropping soon. But until that happens, let’s also point out the fact that the Injustice website has been updated with a schedule for its next character reveal: April 28th.

Who could be next?! Stay tuned…

In case you missed it, a trailer also dropped for Scarecrow last week shortly after his reveal. Have a look!
