This week, Underworld Esports announced the signing of Tyler “Tybo” Duffy as their first Brawlhalla player.

The organization is based in Portland, Oregon, operating primarily in shooting games such as the Call of Duty series, Vainglory, Critical Ops, H1Z1 and Rainbow Six Siege. But with the dramatic upsurge of FGC esports, Underworld decided to expand over into their neck of the woods, starting with the popular free-to-play platform fighter, Brawlhalla.

Although Tybo’s competitive experience is fairly limited, he has placed first in every event he’s participated in except for the Doubles bracket of the Brawlhalla Summer Championship in July, where he and his teammate placed in 5th. His interest seems to lean more in the direction of Doubles as opposed to Singles.

At the age of 22, Tybo is looking to make his mark in competitive Brawlhalla. His entrance into Underworld Esports will serve as the first step towards maximizing his career. Currently he is the only FGC player among their ranks, but the organization intends to change that in the near future.

Congratulations to Tybo for the opportunity! We wish him and his new family all the best. Follow the pages below to stay updated on Underworld Esports!
